The Introduction to Meditation Class with Dipali Desai It is a perfect way to begin to learn how to restore balance, reduce stress and re-train the muscles of the body through conscious breathing. It is a very basic, simple class and Dipali will guide you through a simple relaxing meditation practice.

Note: This class is not purely for relaxation or strictly technique based. The class Dipali offers is for those genuinely seeking to reconnect to the natural Peaceful Presence within and for those who are sincerely interested in a Daily meditation and or Spiritual practice. We will be bringing a connection to Soul, Consciousness or also known as Presence or Essence within.

This deeper awareness helps facilitate the meditation and help quiet the chatter within the mind and empower you in your life. This class is Dogma-free, interest in self-discovery, personal growth and Spirituality is helpful. As we gather together, everyone benefit from higher healing energies which supports our overall spiritual growth and wellbeing on many levels. How can Meditation Help You?

Meditation is a ancient therapeutic practice. Research has scientifically proven that meditation is a effective, safe and simple way to balance your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual state. Meditation been practiced for thousands of years all over the world.

Brief Outline 

  General Preparation:

~ Please refrain from drinking alcohol or recreational drugs before the class.

~ Eat light foods before the class and wear comfortable clothing so it promotes relaxation. Bring a bottle of water to drink, pen and notebook.

The class begins with: Dipali will give a short talk on Meditation to help create a foundation, then answer questions participants may have and finally she will guide everyone through a 10 –15 minute relaxation meditation.

Where do we sit in the Meeting Room at Dipal's Office {in CHerry Hill, New Jersey}? 

You may sit on a chair or If you prefer to bring a pillow or small blanket, 

You may sit or lie down on the floor comfortably (as long as there is space). 

You  may bring a backjack chair to sit on the floor comfortably

Please do Bring yoga socks or clean socks since no shoes allowed in the Meeting/Class room



  • Minimum: 4 for the class not to be cancelled // Maximum Number in Attendance: 6

  • Advance Payment: serves as registration. 

  • Pre-Requisite: None. Helpful to have interest in Spiritual Growth, Self-Discovery, Holistic Healing, Empowerment, Self-Realization/Enlightenment, Energy Work, Metaphysics--*You must be over 18 years of age to attend. (If you want to bring your teenager, it is best to book a Private Instruction in Meditation Class.)
