Basic Guidelines or Terms of Service for the Monthly Subscription

Our intention with the monthly subscription plan is to provide quality information which empowers, inspires and supports individuals on their path of self-discovery and Soul evolution.

To sign up to become a Member on a month-by-month basis, please click here. When you sign up here, you will be automatically billed via PayPal per month of $15.99 USD for the Basic Plan Subscription. You can cancel this payment at any time. *If you don’t have a Paypal account it is free to join.

The content is updated regularly at varying times through each month. Check back often and as a way of giving back please spread the word about the Monthly Subscription to friends and loved ones. Thank you.

BUSINESS POLICIES, PERTAINING TO SUBSCRIBER SERVICES

1.)  A subscriber service is a published service for which a echeck, money order or credit transaction has taken place, and a duration of service has been promised.

2.) One Subscription per person. — Subscription is based on the Honor System. Each person who is interested must sign up and make payment individually. If the terms are violated, your membership subscription will be terminated immediately, no refunds given.

3.) As with any type of technology there are occasional service outages on the Internet or glitches in technology or even weather related problems. We ask that we all be patient with the process as the information will be sent to you promptly as soon as the Internet access becomes available. Please let us know of any trouble you are experiencing by email and we will respond as quickly as possible.

4.) Comments are moderated. The site Admin reserves the right to delete comments deemed unacceptable for this blog on per posting basis.

We offer a general definition of “unacceptable comments” for the purposes of this membership section of the website.

This includes, but is not limited spam
(i.e., off-topic, advertising your business, or overly commercial in nature)
— copyright infringement
— abusive or harassing language
— libelous or defamatory remarks
— violation of privacy or confidentiality
— comments on unrelated topics.

5.) All rights shall remain the property of Dipali Desai, this includes national and international any translated material.

6.) You agree to abide by all Copyrights of the Material and will not copy, redistribute, duplicate or resell the content, material and any thing on the section of the website since it is private and subscription based.

7.) Dipali reserves the right to have nothing to say at any given time, therefore there may not be anything written. There will be some news issues or astrological events that will receive no comment.

8.) An Email Notice will be sent when there is a substantial schedule change. This is a courtesy to our subscribers.

9.) We turn no one away for lack of money. If anyone cannot afford our Monthly Subscription, we may give reduced rates if any individual requests one.

BILLING AND PAYMENT
10.) Admin at www. spheresofessence.com and Dipali Desai reserve the right to terminate membership and end the subscription at anytime with or without notification. In rare situations, the termination will be effective immediately and subscription will be terminated, with no refunds given – if the Terms of Service.

11.) If payment per billing cycle is not completed in a timely manner, one email notification will be sent and if there is not reply within 7 Business days, Membership may be terminated.

PRIVACY
12.) We take every safeguard to ensure your privacy and security. All client data is strictly confidential. We do not share or sell our lists or internal data with anyone. Our Web pages only collect information necessary.

RECEIVING EMAILS
13.) If you are a subscriber, you are responsible for understanding how your email program works. To receive our mail, you will need to opt for accepting images from our addresses.
