'Alignment for Optimal Function' ~ Dipali Desai

Every breath is a new you. Every exhale is letting the past you die or fall away. You need not wait for a New Year nor another day for an opportunity to change something in you or your life. No one and nothing can prevent Life from bringing change to your doorstep. It is what is it is. As the increments of time go by, the movements will indeed become rapid. It is like a train that builds speed. On track, headed towards its destination. The question will be, "Will you be on this accelerated train?" Will you dare to leap forward with full trust in Soul and in the Divine? If not, what or who holds you back?

By diving deeply within yourself and investigating the conflicts with sincerity and willingness you are there with the rhythms that your Soul has designed for you. You need not compare to anyone else. For each light, each Soul has its unique blueprint cast. Comparison will slow you down, the egoic mind will get latched onto something that is not useful. Now is the moment to align yourself clearly with your Soul. You are this and this is you. The mind and ego can not comprehend the magnitude of this truth, yet it can be deeply felt by the heart and being. Do not linger on analyzing this with the mind for it will be a useless cause. What is essential is to be in integrity. To express in integrity. To act in integrity. If you agree to something, keep your word. If you promise something, follow through. If you get guidance something must be dealt with do so with courage and love. Consider this a sacred oath, that you must honor because it is so important for you and your evolution. The skeletal system when in proper alignment functions at optimal levels. If you use this metaphor with the personality to Soul you will know the meaning of functioning in harmony and at optimal levels. Both must collaborate to fulfill one's destiny and purpose here upon the physical plane of existence.

Patience will be a helpful key to turning the lock. You can't rush an orange into manifestation. It is truly an organic process. As you embark upon a new cycle of phase that which you call a year in earth's time, now is the the time to set the foundation. Take good care to ensure the foundation is sturdy, stable and properly set before anything else can be built upon it. You can't build on a false foundation, anything placed upon this will crumble. The year 2010 holds a promise, a Cosmic Spark of new beginnings on levels that you have yet to experience. There will be amazing revelations, breakthroughs, discoveries, meetings and new paths carved out in areas that have until now remain a mystery. Those who are wayshowers will point the way. Those who are ready will leap onto the new path. And so leaving you now with a taster of what is yet to come....the magic, wonder and aw of the Cosmos dancing with you.

'Appearances May Fool You' ~ Dipali Desai

Even if resources upon the earth appear limited, the very Source from which everything originates - is not. The appearance through the physical eyes may create a story upon which your deepest fears, limiting beliefs and perceptions join up. What is real? What is Truth?

The Cosmos contain particles of light which are boundless, abundant and prosperous. Everything here overflows. Nothing goes without. Divine Will is at play for here the small you(ego/false identity) has not much to say. Do so gather yourself to align with this eternal abundance which is truly your birthright. Act accordingly for this serves your greatest flight, back home to Source. Back towards the abundant rich true nature of who you are as Soul, as Consciousness having a physical/human experiences upon the earth.

'Silent Signal' ~ Dipali Desai

At the appropriate moment in any season, Nature sends out a silent signal. This is when the leaves drop away from the tree branches. Acorns or pine cones fall to the ground. Pieces of the bark or branches fall and land upon the earth. Winds push and even more bits drop off. The tree does not cling to the experience nor stays stuck in the image of how it looked in the past. The leaves don't resist or forcefully stay attached. The leaves and branches that have become hollow and dead need to be discard off the tree so that new parts may emerge. This is Nature's way of naturally and effortlessly trimming away the old. Ensuring that the outworn does not limit the growth of the tree in a new cycle of development. At the same time, the Tree itself does not stay identified with a single branch, bark, nor the leaves. There is a total surrender and trust to the natural process unfolding, as it happens. The tree then places all of its resources in areas that will bear fruit and grow.

Staying attached to something that is no longer functioning at its optimal form or structure will no longer serve your greatest good. To give an example here is a metaphor: If walls to a house becoming weak or flimsy and you run around with some tape trying to hold the walls in place. If one walls is folding under the pressure will you hold it up? If so for how long? Will the tape keep the walls in place under high pressure winds? No. Will you be completely safe with flimsy walls. No. Does the tape provide adequate security to keep the walls in tact? No.

What you will accomplish by holding onto something that is a limitation is total exhaustion. It takes so much energy to hold onto something or someone which no longer resonates or serves your greatest good on your path. It is fear of change dictating your choices instead of you consciously choosing. If you choose to flow with the change, the Kingdom of Heaven opens its gates to you. Instead, let go, allow the symbolic walls to do what they are doing, drop away so that something new may form or be built in its place. This is a more efficient way of utilizing your energy and trusting the natural process to unfold.

In your life it may be seen through a pattern, issue, relationship or situation. You may notice that the structure, walls or foundation has become wobbly and no longer offers the same support. On an internal level, the signal will be a intense pressurized sensation. You are coming face to face with an old set of parameters or walls you have set in place that no longer provides security or is now closing in on you and stifling your growth. This friction energy will be something that you can't ignore. This is the silent signal that something must change, transform and possibly heal.

Deep inside the heart's wisdom, you know the truth. Yet the mind and ego will attempt to logically talk you out of the next stage in transformation. To turn your head away and deny this is happening is to stagnant yourself inside a tightly pressurized container. It will erupt. This do not doubt. Sooner or later the lid will pop, and everything you have been stuffing or avoiding tumbles out. If you choose to embrace this next step with Grace, know that you are supported as you walk through the alchemical fires of transformation.

Take a moment to notice where in your being or life this stifling or internal friction is happening. There may be more than one area, yet find the one that feels most intense. This is what you must address next. You, as Essence as Soul are prepared for this next step, empowered to move through it and have the wisdom to see the ripple effect that will lead you to the highest peaks of magnificence. Choose to move beyond the preconceived ideas, doubts or chatter of the mind. As you accept and boldly embrace this next step you move towards greater clarity and empowerment. Freedom exists here. Freedom to be who you really are as your true nature.

' Love Reveals Strength: Vulnerability' ~ Dipali Desai

Vulnerability is avoided or rejected at all costs. It is seen as timid, weak, naïve and many have taken advantage of those who are open and vulnerable. Yet – there is tremendous strength in being vulnerable. Those who are spiritually aware will recognize vulnerability as a precious quality. There is deep intimacy in being open and receptive. There is great love that abides in vulnerability. One must use wisdom and common sense when understanding this gem of guidance. Yes of course you would shield yourself if you were under a bombardment of hail or around lightening. This is recommended. Yet many shield themselves and hide or deny who they really are behind false identities and personas. Many often find false protection behind walls of conditioning and fear. Hearts are placed in symbolic cast iron boxes to prevent hurt and pain due to past suffering. Love does not enter, nor does it flow out easily. In this, we dive into realizing the necessity for vulnerability.

A part of being authentic and expressing your true Essence as Soul is recognizing the strength that comes from being vulnerable. Therefore you get the chance to be real. To show who you really are beyond the walls, shells and masks of being tough. There is real power in being vulnerable. You dive into the mysteries of the unknown beyond the known perimeter into the abyss of the undefined. This may be scary for most. You are no longer in control and totally exposed. You get various opportunities to face the fears, rejections, and disapproval. It can feel exhilarating and very freeing not to be so tangled or in dire need of others approval. Yet you as your true Self are at home here. Do not mistake vulnerability as a sign or expression of weakness. The potential is experiencing a state of empowerment while being open, being who you really are and in your truth. Vulnerability here, is a vital part and parcel of self-love and the expansion of Consciousness. To understand the magic, you must first experience the total surrender and vulnerability as is stated here in the service of self-love or in other words Love Consciousness. Take a step towards your natural state as Essence, as Soul. Reclaim your innate strength and know that how powerful you are when you have the courage to be vulnerable and express love that you are.
